New Board of Directors
Per new Providence Foundation by-laws taking effect on July 1st, 2019, board members will serve staggered three-year terms, with approximately one-third of such terms to begin each year. Hence, the initial difference in term lengths in the list below. Per the by-laws there are no term limits for these positions.
The new Providence Foundation board was elected on June 12, 2019.
